Dedicated cloud environments for your jobs

High-volume ORCaS jobs require significant compute resources. Our system routinely processes large datasets and runs complex calculations — tasks that are best suited to high-performance servers. When multiple partners run major projects at once, even optimized centralized servers can develop a processing queue.

Dedicated cloud environments resolve this bottleneck. By refining our internal job-processing flows to take advantage of modern cloud service models, ORCaS now supports scalable, partner-committed compute environments. These deployments allow concurrency and throughput to meet the demands of our most intensive users, without the prohibitive costs that once made cloud unsuitable for our workloads.

Launched in May 2025, dedicated cloud environments are now available to ORCaS partners who need faster turnaround for large job volumes. Early adopters report smoother workflows and reduced wait times — benefits achieved at a modest marginal cost relative to shared processing.

For high-volume partners, we recommend this option as the most efficient path to reliable performance. If you’d like to explore whether a dedicated environment is right for your team, please reach out to your ORCaS contact or request a demo.
